Terms of Service

Prices are shown in US dollars and confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which the studio accepts by shipping or, for originals and commissions, by written confirmation.

Prints are made-to-order by a professional fine-art print partner. Originals are one-of-a-kind works; the piece shown at purchase is the piece delivered. Colors may appear slightly different on screen versus in person.

Limited-edition works are numbered and closed once the run is complete. Each edition piece includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity and is registered to the collector.

All artwork, images, and copy on this site are the property of the artist and Studio Studios, protected by copyright. Purchase of a print or original does not transfer reproduction rights. Please do not download, reproduce, or resell images without written permission.

Commissioned work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, timeline, deposit, and delivery. Deposits are typically non-refundable once work has begun.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, misuse checkout, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. The studio's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the artist's home jurisdiction. Any dispute will be resolved there, unless required otherwise by consumer law.
